The User is granted a free license to use the Software for commercial purposes.
The User is allowed to install, copy, and distribute copies of the Software freely.
The User is prohibited from modifying, decompiling, or reverse engineering any part of the Software.
All ownership and intellectual property rights of the Software belong to Digisynthetic co.,ltd.
The User shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Software in any form.
The Software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
Digisynthetic co.,ltd makes no commitments or guarantees regarding the functionality and performance of the Software.
Digisynthetic co.,ltd shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the User's use of the Software.
If the User violates any terms of this Agreement, Digisynthetic co.,ltd reserves the right to terminate their permission to use the Software at any time.
Upon termination, the User shall immediately cease using the Software and destroy any copies of the Software on any media.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
The User agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the People's Republic of China.
By clicking the "Accept" button or continuing to use the Software, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please immediately stop using the Software.
